Placing Orders for Goods

Returns & Refunds
All Goods sold by Plainse are perishable food products and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please visit our FAQ for more information on our food products and order policies.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our Goods on the Service. Products may occasionally be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
Prices Policy
The Company reserves the right to revise prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. If any occurrence beyond Our control affects delivery costs after an Order is accepted, revised pricing will be communicated and You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
Payments
All Goods are subject to a one-time payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and online payment methods such as PayPal.
Payment cards are subject to validation and authorization by Your card issuer. If authorization is not received, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

Termination

The Company's total liability under these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service, or $100 USD if You have not made any purchases.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Disputes Resolution
If You have a concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting the Company.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to accomplish its original intent to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
